The Yard coordinates various events throughout the year to help organizations raise money. The cost to participate in youth sports continues to rise and these kids work very hard at perfecting their individual and team skills, and this is our way of helping them and their families defray some of the expenses associated with uniforms, equipment, and travel. Etc.

• Monday, June 4th , 2007 – Colorado Stampede Fastpitch/Colorado Junior Olympic team 4 th annual fundraising golf tournament at Raccoon Creek golf course. 4 person scramble. 7:30am Shotgun start
• Monday, August 13th , 2007 – Columbine High School Softball Boosters Annual Fundraising Golf tournament at Raccoon Creek golf course. 4 person scramble. 7:30am Shotgun start.
• Monday, Oct 1st , 2007 – Backyard Buddies Foundation for Kids/Colorado Rockies Scout Team Annual Fundraising Golf tournament at Raccoon Creek golf course. 4 person scramble. 8:00am Shotgun start.
